Prayagraj: The Department of Processing and Food Engineering, with The Directorate of International Education and Training, at, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences (SHUATS), Prayagraj, in association with Haridra Food Safety Assurance Pvt. Ltd. and Kalpom Unity Foundation, organised National and International Food Safety Training Courses to promote food hygiene, safe food handling, quality assurance, and professional competence to practice and promote Food Safety and Quality.

The programme was under the leadership of Prof.(Dr.) Ashok Tripathi, Director, Directorate of Career Planning and Counseling & Dean, Vaugh Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Technology. The Organising Committee was of Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Kumar Singh, Convenor, Dr. R.N. Shukla, Co-Convenor.

Dr. Aditya Lal, Organising Secretary, and Dr. Hena Imtiyaz as Co-Organising Secretary. The initiative aimed to strengthen food safety awareness and promote responsible practices across the food value chain. Nourishing young students with the right approach to evaluate food safety and quality standards.
