Prayagraj: The 24th Tenshikan All India Karate Championship concluded in Goa. Players from the city’s sports academy, “Prayagraj Karate Club,” aged 9 to 18, participated in this championship under the leadership of Master Mithun Nishad. Teams of karate players from various states across the country had arrived for this competition in Goa. In this sports competition, participants had to compete with players from other states through several stages of tough competition. All the players, both young and old, from Prayagraj Karate Club outperformed the players from other teams, winning 3 gold medals, 7 silver medals, and 19 bronze medals, securing second place in the competition. The names and achievements of the players are as follows.

1. Sunil Dhawan (36 years) – Gold Medal in Kata,, 2. Shantanu Prajapati (17 years) – Gold medal in Kumite, Silver medal in Kata 3. Nachiketa Singh (19 years) – Gold medal in Kata, Bronze medal in Kumite 4. Shivam (12 years) – Silver medal in Kata, Bronze medal in Kumite  5. Rajkumar Kushwaha (13 years) – Silver medal in Kata, Bronze medal in Kumite

6. Ansh Sharma (13 years) – Silver medal in Kata, Bronze medal in Kumite,  7. Abhineet Singh (18 years) – Silver medal in Kumite, Bronze medal in Kata  8. Anurag Singh (19 years) – Silver medal in Kata, Bronze medal in Kumite 9. Yash Singh (18 years) – Silver medal in Kumite, Bronze medal in Kata  10. Prisha (8 years) – Bronze medal in Kumite, Bronze medal in Kata  11. Kashish Nishad (9 years) – Bronze medal in Kata, Bronze medal in Kumite 12. Aaradhya Jaiswal (13 years) – Bronze medal in Kata, Bronze medal in Kumite, 13. Prabhat Kushwaha (17 years) – Bronze medal in Kata, Bronze medal in Kumite,  14.
