Prayagraj (Bamrauli): Christ Jyoti Convent School, Bamrauli, held a grand investiture ceremony for the 2026-27 academic year. Adarsh ​​Rai was elected head boy and Amira Farooq was elected head girl. Group Captain J.K. Pandey, Chief Administrative Officer, Bamrauli Air Force Station, was the chief guest. The ceremony began with a band playing the music of the chief guest upon his arrival. In the presence of the school administrator, Rev. Sister Geeta, Principal, Rev. Sister Soumini, and Vice Principal, Rev. Sister Donna, the program began with a prayer song and the lighting of the lamp.

Chief Guest Group Captain J.K. Pandey, while addressing the students, said, “Leadership is not just a position, but a symbol of responsibility, honesty, discipline and service spirit.” He encouraged the newly elected student leaders and inspired them to be prepared for future service to the nation.

In addition, the Sports Captain and Vice Captain, Academic Captain and Vice Captain, Discipline, Art and Culture Captain, and Captains and Vice Captains of all four houses (Blue, Green, Red, Yellow) were elected. The school Principal administered the oath to the newly elected Student Council members and honored them with badges. The newly elected house leaders pledged to uphold the dignity of the institution, maintain discipline, and contribute to the school’s progress. Principal Rev. Sister Soumini congratulated all the students, teachers, and staff members for the successful event.

The ceremony also featured attractive cultural performances by students. Staff Secretary Savita Ma’am delivered the vote of thanks. The program concluded with the school anthem and the national anthem. Both teachers and students were present on the occasion.
