Prayagraj: On Monday, the Divisional Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls School Sports Trial/Selection Competition 2026-27 was held at the District/Divisional Sports Training Centre, Allenganj, Prayagraj, as per the orders of Sanjay Kumar Kushwaha, Assistant Education Director, Basic Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, as per the instructions of District Basic Education Officer Anil Kumar and in coordination with Santosh Kumar Tiwari, District Coordinator, Girls Education, Prayagraj, under the guidance of District Nodal Physical Education Teacher/Divisional Physical Education Teacher, Prayagraj, Brijesh Yadav, in (U-14, 17 and 19) Kho Kho, Kabaddi, Gymnastics, Karate, Shooting, Handball, Archery, Basketball, Kurash Volleyball, Thaagata and

An archery competition was held. Assistant Director of Education (Basic) Sanjay Kumar Kushwaha inaugurated the event with an introduction to the girls’ kabaddi players. Special guests included District Basic Education Officer Prayagraj Anil Kumar, Assistant Accountant Varun Yadav, and Yogesh Tiwari, District Coordinator of Girls’ Education Kaushambi, Rajeev Singh, District Physical Education Teacher Kaushambi, Dilip Singh, District Physical Education Teacher Fatehpur, Seema Chauhan, District Physical Education Teacher Fatehpur, and the wardens and sports teachers of Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls’ School.
