Prayagraj: Agrim Rawat of Boys’ High School (BHS) and College, Prayagraj brought laurels for the school and for the city at the National Gymnastics Championship, organized by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, (CISCE), New Delhi. Agrim bagged six gold medals and a bronze medal in different categories. He will now represent CISCE in School Games Federation of India (SGFI) Gymnastics Championship.
The three-day National Gymnastics Championship of CISCE was held from October 13 to 15, 2025 in Karnataka. Young gymnasts from all over the country took part in the competition. It was a proud moment for the Boys’ High School and College when under 17 category, our young gymnast, Agrim Rawat bagged gold medal in five categories namely, Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vaulting Table and Horizontal Bars and a bronze medal on Parallel Bars. He also bagged a gold medal in the All Round Championship.
Son of Mr. Jai Prakash Rawat, the young gymnast, Agrim Rawat is learning gymnastic from the age of three years. He gives credit for his success to the school and the gymnastic coaches.
