Prayagraj: In Vishnupuri Colony of Prayagraj, ex-serviceman Rajeshwar Sharma had got the land registered in the name of his wife Seema Sharma in Arazi number 304 in the year 2008, which was taken over by the land mafia by making a fake registration in March 2025. To get the land freed from the possession, the ex-serviceman applied in the District Sainik Bandhu meeting, applied in IGRS and kept writing letters from time to time to SDM Sadar Prayagraj and other concerned officials. Finally, the District President of Ex-Servicemen Joint Organization, ex-serviceman Pramod Kumar Shukla and the people of his organization requested the District Magistrate Prayagraj that the soldier keeps the society safe by staying in the border, but the protection of him and his property in the society lies with the administration. On this, on the instructions of the District Magistrate, SDM Sadar Mr. Abhishek Singh, while conducting an on-the-spot investigation with his revenue team, found the request of the ex-serviceman to be correct and freed the land illegally occupied by the ex-serviceman from the land mafia, for which the ex-servicemen expressed happiness and praised the administration and congratulated the District Magistrate Sadar Tehsil team.
