Prayagraj: Smita Yogasana City League competition was organized at Swami Bhajanananda Mrityunjay Dham Seva Trust, Chhatnag Road, Jhusi Prayagraj. This competition was organized in collaboration with Sports Authority of India (SAI) and Uttar Pradesh Yogasana Sports Association. The competition was inaugurated by Mrityunjay Dham Seva Trust Secretary Manish Kapoor and Competition Director Jyoti Pandey started the match by cutting the ribbon. Competition Manager Yogacharya Dr Prashant Tiwari said that the competition was organized in two age groups, the first category was from 10 to 18 years and the second was from 18 to 55 years. In the traditional yoga competition in the 10 to 18 years age group, Anshika Sharma got first place, Aashri Tiwari second, Shivangi third, fourth, Khyaati Pandey and Ruby got fifth place. In the artistic yogasana competition, Anushka Sharma got first place, Anya second, Pragun third, and Asvi got fourth place. In the traditional yoga competition in the 18 to 55 age group, Anjali Pal got first place, Mandakini second, Sangeeta Singh third, fourth, Aastha Tiwari, and Anjali Pandey secured the fifth position. In the artistic yogasana competition for the age group of 18 to 55, Anjali Pal secured the first position and Sangeeta Singh secured the second position. Professor Archana Chal of the Physical Education Department of Allahabad University was the chief guest for the closing ceremony. The chief guest honoured all the winners and runners-up by giving them certificates and medals. Judges of the competition, Sakshi Tripathi, Rajesh Bhagat, Sandeep Singh, Ajay, Harshit Mishra, Rinki Nishad, Anushka, Shivam, Archana Mishra etc. were present.
