Prayagraj: With the intention of occupying the land of the Gram Sabha of Chaka, he did not make his co-account holders a party to the case nor did he try to get it measured. Rakesh Kumar alias Mukesh Kumar, Suman Kushwaha wife of Rakesh Kumar called the revenue officials, Karchana themselves on 3 May 2022 and got the land number 507 measured under section 24, in which the boundary and direction of land number 507 has been determined and the inhabited land number 515 has also been separated, Rakesh Kumar’s number is 507. Which is a category of landholding land and it has been told by his co-account holders Rajaram son of Shiv Mohan and Jokhai Prasad and Shambhu Nath sons of Kashi Prasad that they have already occupied more than their share.

Rakesh Kumar and others have deliberately not included their co-sharers as parties to this claim. Instead of acquiring the land from their co-sharers, they are continuously attempting to seize the inhabited land, plot number 515, through hooliganism, noise, propaganda, and mental harassment. Rajiv Kushwaha stated that the house has been located on the inhabited land, plot number 515, for over 45 years. My family has planted trees and plants on the inhabited land, approximately 24 feet wide and 70 feet long, adjacent to the house, and uses the remaining land for daily needs. They systematically came to the inhabited land with the intention of seizing it, and began abusing and threatening to kill the family. Despite the permanent demarcation by the accountant and revenue officials in 2022, they continue to attempt to seize it. By submitting a letter to the police station to register a case under relevant sections regarding the occupation of inhabited land by Rakesh Kumar etc., land mafia and creating fake and faulty conspiracy and tarnishing the social image and mental torture, requesting to save the family from loss of life, and holding both responsible if any untoward incident or loss of life happens to the family members in the near future, Rajiv Kushwaha appealed to the Chief Minister, DM, CP, SDM Karchana, Police Station in-charge Naini and told that at home his father who is about 75 years old and children live, Rakesh and his wife bring goons daily and abuse them. Information is being continuously given to the outpost/police station.
