People wished Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi a long life

Prayagraj: The rebirth anniversary of Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Minister and Prayagraj City South MLA Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi was celebrated across the state on July 12th as a day of service, dedication, and business courage. People said that Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi, the state cabinet minister, has always prioritized the interests and voices of businessmen.
His political career has been dedicated to society from the very beginning. He spoke out boldly and fearlessly against the criminals who extorted extortion money from traders in Prayagraj. After a long time, traders found a leader who would face these thugs. Minister Nandi steadfastly opposed the harassment and exploitation. Traders’ morale was boosted, and the extortion business was shut down. Consequently, Minister Nandi became a thorn in the side of these unruly elements. In a horrific conspiracy, on July 12, 2010, during the holy month of Sawan, Minister Nandi, while on his way to perform Jalabhishek at the ancient Manokamnapurti Shiva Temple in Bahadurganj, Prayagraj, was fatally attacked by detonating an RDX remote bomb on a scooter parked on the road. The blast killed a gunman, a journalist, a dog, and a cow on the spot. However, through the grace and blessings of Lord Shiva, Minister Nandi, despite being the most seriously injured, was revived.
Rudrabhishek pujan and prasad distribution were organised by BJP officials, workers and supporters in around 60 temples across the five divisions of Prayagraj City South Assembly constituency. Worship was also performed at places like Meja, Manda, Bara, Jari, Koraon, Kheri, etc. Programs were also held in districts like Kaushambi, Pratapgarh, Agra, Fatehpur, Kanpur, Shahjahanpur, Saharanpur, Jhansi, etc.
