Prayagraj: A meeting of the United Forum of Pensioner Welfare Association, Prayagraj, was held at Yogendra Pandey’s residence at 201, Bhusauli Tola, under the chairmanship of Rajesh Yadav. On this occasion, Satyendra Bahadur Singh emphasized the unity of all colleagues and described the behavior of the current administration and leaders as an undeclared emergency. Rajesh Kumar appealed for a successful protest on September 29th and stressed the need for maximum participation by pensioners. Yogendra Kumar Pandey and Prakash Kumar stated that the parcel department has been privatized. It should be immediately returned to the public sector. This is not in the best interest of the youth. This approach will continuously reduce job opportunities for our youth, forcing them to be exploited by being trapped in the vicious cycle of outsourcing.

They emphasized the need to immediately restore the concessions previously granted to senior citizens and urged those present to make every effort to ensure the 24-hour protest on September 29th is a success. Satyendra Bahadur Singh’s birthday was also celebrated with great pomp. Sanjay Majumdar, Ramkishore, and Yogendra Pandey sang beautiful songs, and Rajesh Yadav, on behalf of the organization, garlanded them and distributed sweets. A two-minute silence was observed at the condolence meeting for the departed soul of Tiwari, former president of the AG Brotherhood. In his presidential address, Rajesh Yadav asked that if the NPS is so good, why don’t all former and current politicians accept it? He expressed his gratitude and felicitated the distinguished pensioners who had come.
