Prayagraj: Rotary Prayagraj Sangam successfully organized a Tree Plantation Drive at United Medicity, Jhalwa, Prayagraj, reaffirming its commitment to environmental sustainability and a greener future.
The plantation drive was conducted as part of a district-wide initiative launched by Rotary District 3120 under the inspiring call of District Governor Rtn. Poonam Gulati. Rotary clubs across the Prayagraj Region participated in this campaign, with Rotary Prayagraj Sangam taking an active and enthusiastic role in making the initiative a grand success.
During the programme, members of the club planted a variety of saplings and pledged to nurture and protect them, emphasizing that planting trees today is an investment in a healthier and more sustainable future. The event also aimed to spread awareness about environmental conservation and inspire the community to actively contribute towards protecting nature.
Speaking on the occasion, Club President Rtn. Amarendra Singh stated that Rotary is committed not only to humanitarian service but also to environmental stewardship. He urged every citizen to plant and care for trees, highlighting that even a single tree can make a significant difference for future generations.
Club Secretary Rtn. Sadhana Srivastava expressed her gratitude to all the members and supporters who contributed to the success of the programme. She reiterated that Rotary Prayagraj Sangam will continue to organize impactful service projects that benefit both society and the environment.

Dr. Garima Singh, along with several other club members, all of whom actively participated in the plantation drive.
