Mohammad Ahmed Khan became Head Boy and Siddhi Vashisht Head Girl
Prayagraj: The Student Council in schools is a powerful tool for developing leadership skills, discipline, responsibility, and a spirit of service among students. It provides students with opportunities to exercise leadership, make decisions, and play an active role in the management of various school activities. Dr. U.K. Mishra, Chairman of Khelgaon Public School, expressed these views while addressing the oath taking ceremony of the Student Council (Prefect Team) and House Prefect Team constituted for the session 2026-27. Chairman Dr. U.K. Mishra, Vice Chairman Anil Mishra, Director C.P. Yadav, teachers, parents and students were present in this prestigious function organized in the school premises.
On this occasion, students were selected for various positions on the school’s Student Council. Among the key office bearers were Mohammad Ahmed Khan as Head Boy, Ritwik Vishwakarma as Brother Head Boy, Siddhi Vashisht as Head Girl, and Saanvi Naval as Sister Head Girl.
Other key positions include Vaibhav Mishra (Boys Captain), Mannat Singh (Girls Captain), Yatharth Rai (Boys Vice Captain), Aditi Gupta (Girls Vice Captain), Anshika Singh (Head, Innovation and Implementation), Pranay Sharma (Boys Literary Captain), Samridhi Trivedi (Girls Literary Captain), Mohammad Muzammil Ali Hashmi (Head Discipline Incharge), Mohammad Ashir Rehman Khan (Boys Discipline Incharge), Priyanka Patel (Girls Discipline Incharge), Aparna Mishra (Girls Discipline Incharge), Ashrut Kesharwani (Sports Captain), Samridhi Singh (Girls Sports Captain), Pratham Kumar Tiwari (Cultural Head), Anjali Singh (Girls Cultural Head) and Divya Mishra has been appointed as Environment Secretary.
All four house prefect teams of the school were also formed. In Red House, Harsh Tiwari was elected as House Marshal, Tejasvi Navnish Maurya as House Captain (Boys), Riya Soni as House Captain (Girls), Ayush Maurya as House Vice Captain (Boys), Aarushi Pandey as House Vice Captain (Girls), Shrutkirti Singh as Literary Captain, Virat Gupta as Sports Captain, Avika Anand as Discipline Incharge and Anishka Sharma as House Prefect.
In Blue House, Viraj Singh was appointed as House Marshal, Abhijeet Kumar as House Captain (Boys), Prishu Mishra as House Captain (Girls), Shashank Shekhar as House Vice Captain (Boys), Pragya Mishra as House Vice Captain (Girls), Soumya Gautam as Literary Captain, Umra Khan as Sports Captain, Arpita Prajapati as Discipline Incharge and Nishtha Pal as House Prefect.
In Green House, Aman Sparsh Verma was elected as House Marshal, Neelay Srivastava as House Captain (Boys), Shri as House Captain (Girls), Kushagra Singh as House Vice Captain (Boys), Anshika Kumari as House Vice Captain (Girls), Varenayam Singh as Literary Captain, Divyanshi Yadav as Sports Captain, Prateek Singh as Discipline Incharge and Prabhat Deep Kanaujia as House Prefect.
In Yellow House, Hrithik Kumar Yadav was appointed as House Marshal, Ashish Arya as House Captain (Boys), Priya Yadav as House Captain (Girls), Tanish Yadav as House Vice Captain (Boys), Anshika Singh as House Vice Captain (Girls), Fuzaila Khatoon as Literary Captain, Suryansh Shekhar as Sports Captain, Pratham Tripathi as Discipline Incharge and Samridh Tripathi as House Prefect.
In the function, all the newly elected office bearers took oath to maintain the dignity, discipline and excellent traditions of the school and to discharge their responsibilities with sincerity. Vice Chairman Anil Mishra congratulated all the newly elected students, saying that leadership is not just a matter of authority, but a symbol of service, dedication, and responsibility. School Director C.P. Yadav encouraged the students to fulfill their responsibilities with discipline, honesty, and team spirit.
At the end of the program, the school coordinator, Ashutosh Kumar Upadhyay, expressed his gratitude to all the guests and attendees. The program was successfully conducted by school teacher Diwakar Mishra and teacher Anubhuti Tiwari.
