Rotary Prayagraj Platinum celebrated Charter Night with great enthusiasm, former office bearers honored
Prayagraj: The Rotary Club of Prayagraj Platinum hosted a grand Charter Night at Hotel Naveen Continental, Prayagraj, filled with enthusiasm, excitement, and family warmth. Rotarians and their families enthusiastically participated in the event, celebrating the club’s service journey, achievements, and mutual friendship. The program was organized under the leadership of District Secretary and Club President Rotarian Ajay Sharma and Club Secretary Rotarian Pramay Mittal. Assistant Governor Rotarian Mandeep Srivastava was the keynote speaker and praised the club’s service and organizational activities.
A major highlight of Charter Night was the honoring of former presidents and secretaries of Rotary Prayagraj Platinum. They were recognized for their significant contributions since the club’s inception in strengthening the organization, accelerating service initiatives, and advancing Rotary’s core principles.
On this occasion, Rotarian Dr. Sharad Jain and Rotarian Dr. Shakti Jain were presented with the Major Donor Pinning for their generous contributions to the Rotary Foundation and their dedication to humanitarian service. This was a special moment of pride for the club and the event. The celebrations began with a cake-cutting ceremony during Charter Night. Musical games, dances, entertainment presentations, and various activities followed. Rotarians and their families participated enthusiastically, enjoying the music, fun, frolic, and fellowship well into the night. The program was conducted by Rotarian Dr. Pratik Pandey as Master of Ceremony in a very entertaining and impressive manner.
On this occasion, Club President Rotarian Ajay Sharma, while recalling the journey of Rotary Prayagraj Platinum so far, praised the contributions of former office bearers and members. Club Secretary Rotarian Pramay Mittal expressed his gratitude to the Assistant Governor, former Presidents, former Secretaries, club members and their families and said that the club will continue to do meaningful work in the fields of social service and fellowship in the future. He reiterated his resolve to work continuously to create a lasting and positive impact on society in line with the theme of Rotary Year 2026-27, “Create Lasting Impact”.
Rotarian Manish Garg, media in-charge, said that Charter Night is not just a celebration, but an opportunity to celebrate Rotary Prayagraj Platinum’s service journey, achievements, and mutual solidarity. He added that the contribution of each club member strengthens the organization, and in the future, Rotary Prayagraj Platinum will set new dimensions in the areas of service, social concern, and positive public relations.
