Prayagraj: The Tiranga Rally organized by the Culture Department of Uttar Pradesh and the District Administration started from Hindu Hostel and reached the Amar Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad Memorial site chanting Vande Mataram and Bharat Mata Ki Jai. The rally was inaugurated by Chief Warden of Civil Defence Anil Kumar alias Annu Bhaiya and Deputy Controller by showing the flag. On the fourth day of the campaign, Tiranga Yatra reached its destination Gate No. 3, the statue of Amar Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad, raising the slogan of Tiranga Jaighosh on the prescribed route and paid tribute to the martyrs.
The Tiranga Rally included the team of Mr. Firoz Ahmed Khan of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, the team of Deputy Controller Neeraj Mishra of Civil Defence, the Manuscript Officer of the Culture Department, Ghulam Sarwar, Regional Records Officer Rakesh Kumar Verma, and designated officers and staff of the Commandant Home Guard. The teachers and students of the Scouts and Guides, along with Civil Defence and Home Guard personnel, were called upon to widely publicize the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign, and the Manuscript Officer appealed to upload as many selfies with the tricolor as possible on the “Har Ghar Tiranga” portal. Everyone participated in the program with great enthusiasm and joy, demonstrating patriotism, making it an unforgettable event. The cultural program began at 5 pm at its designated Chandra Shekhar Azad statue site.
