Prayagraj: Avinash Dubey Advocate, High Court, Allahabad has submitted that the hostel is being occupied by land mafia, regarding which many hearings have been heard in the departmental records. With the connivance of Ranjit Singh and other concerned officials, the said premises are being illegally occupied. Several bungalows, nurseries, and other shops are being rented out without legal authority. The proceeds are neither being deposited in any university account nor are any proper accounts being made public. Thus, university property is being illegally used for personal gain, causing significant revenue loss to the university, the government, and society. This constitutes a serious financial irregularity and criminal conspiracy. Therefore, Avinash Dubey has humbly requested Police Commissioner to take immediate cognizance of this matter and take appropriate legal action by registering a case under legal sections against this land mafia gang, Warden Ranjeet Singh and other concerned officials.
