Received blessings of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj, expressed wish for early construction of Agrasen Bhawan
Prayagraj: As part of the Shri Agrasen Jayanti Celebrations-2026 organized by Shri Agrasen Agrawal Samaj Prayagraj (Regd.), a grand 18-kund Mahayagna was held in accordance with faith, devotion and Vedic traditions. In the Mahayagna, 18 host couples performed puja and worship as per the rituals and offered oblations amidst chanting of Vedic mantras and prayed for happiness, prosperity, peace and well-being of the family, society and nation.
The gracious presence of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Vasudevanand Saraswati Ji Maharaj enhanced the spiritual sanctity of the ceremony. In his blessings, Maharaj Ji emphasized the preservation of Indian culture, Sanatan Dharma, religious traditions, and rituals, and conveyed the message of maintaining unity, harmony, service, and moral values in society. He expressed his desire for the early completion of Agrasen Bhawan in Prayagraj and blessed the success of this sacred endeavor.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of several dignitaries including Hon’ble Justice Shri R.K. Agrawal, Hon’ble Justice Shri Sudhir Narayan Agrawal, Hon’ble Justice Shri Rajesh Kumar, Dr. Piyush Ranjan Agrawal (President, Agrawal Jatiya Shiksha Parishad), Shri Rajesh Kumar Agrawal (Minister, Agrawal Jatiya Shiksha Parishad) and Prof. Dr. Shankar Lal Goyal (Dean, Madhya Pradesh) as special guests.

The program was organized under the guidance of President Dr. Piyush Ranjan Agarwal and Birth Anniversary Coordinator CA Vinay Goyal. The Mahayagna spread the message of Indian Vedic tradition, religious consciousness, and social harmony. The devotees present, embracing the ideals of Maharaja Agrasen, resolved to strengthen the spirit of service, cooperation, equality, and mutual brotherhood in society.
On this occasion, Manish Garg, media in-charge of Shri Agrasen Agrawal Samaj, Prayagraj, said that religious and cultural events play an important role in preserving our glorious traditions and uniting society. Following the ideals of Maharaja Agrasen, we should continuously strive for the welfare, service, and social harmony of every section of society.
