Prayagraj: Indian Youth Congress National President Uday Bhanu Chib alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is responsible for the theft of offerings at the Ayodhya Ram Temple during a press conference held at the Press Club. Chib questioned who was responsible for the theft when the temple trust was formed under the Prime Minister’s supervision, overseeing everything from the temple’s construction to its inauguration.

He also held Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath fully responsible for the theft. He alleged that the government is engaged in a cover-up, questioning why there is fear of an independent Supreme Court-monitored investigation if nothing wrong has happened. He also alleged that if everything is in order, why did Champat Rai and Anil Mishra resign? Chib stated that the theft of offerings is a betrayal of the faith and sentiments of millions of Hindus. He added that organized loot is taking place in the state under Yogi’s leadership, and that he is acting like a dictator. City President Fuzail Hashmi, District Presidents Ashok Patel and Ashfaq Ahmed, Harikesh Tripathi, Parvez Siddiqui, Sanjay Tiwari along with District Presidents of Youth Congress and NSUI were also present.
