Prayagraj: Like every year, this year too, the District Women’s Trade Board (affiliated to Prayag Trade Board) organised a Bundi and Sharbat distribution programme with reverence and service spirit outside Aurora & Sons in Chowk area on the eve of the death anniversary of the state’s popular and illustrious cabinet minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’.

During the programme, passers-by passing through the square were respectfully stopped and Bundi and cold sherbet were distributed and best wishes were expressed for the Minister’s good health, long life and public service.

The program was inaugurated by distributing boondi by Rana Chawla, President of the Prayag Vyapar Mandal, and Avantika Tandon, President of the District Women’s Trade Board. Treasurer Sardar Jatinder Singh, Senior Vice President Hina Khan, General Secretary Pallavi Arora, Treasurer Vandana Tripathi, Youth President and Councilor Sahil Arora, Youth General Secretary Shubham Kesarwani, Machinery Association President Abirsh Khurana, Ashok Singh Arora ‘Channi’, Akram Shagun, Rajesh Arora, Anup Kesarwani, Mahmood Khan, Dr. Shivani, Lata Upadhyay, Rama Agarwal, Asha Harshit, Arun Tripathi, Ratnesh Yadav, Manoj Kesarwani, Rohit Arora, Amit Kesarwani, Saksham, Ravi Abhishek, Mohammad Amir, and Sudarshan Kesarwani, along with a large number of office bearers and members, were present and actively participated in the service. The program aimed to celebrate the repatriation of Minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ with a spirit of service, harmony, and public welfare. All the people present wished the Minister a healthy, long and successful life.
