Prayagraj: The interlocking road constructed in Bhiti Patti Rajai Gram Sabha of Shringverpur Dham development block of the district has now become a source of trouble for the people. The height of the road has been raised so much that the rain water is entering the houses instead of going into the pond, which has troubled the people here. Shankar Mishra, a resident of the Gram Sabha, alleged in a complaint letter written to the officials that the Gram Sabha constructed an interlocking road in the village but a drain was not constructed due to which the rain water is entering our houses, whereas there is a very old pond here where the rain water used to flow easily before the road was constructed. The people of the village demanded action from the District Magistrate by conducting an impartial inquiry into the said matter.
