Bhakti Bhajan Sandhya and cultural prog organized by Shri Jagannath Ji Mahotsav Samiti Trust
Prayagraj: A grand devotional evening and cultural program was organized in the courtyard of Prayageshwar Jagannath Temple Dham Kashi Rajnagar Katghar as part of the Rath Yatra festival organized by Shri Jagannath Ji Mahotsav Samiti Trust. The event was inaugurated by MP Ujjwal Raman Singh by lighting a lamp and Mayor Ganesh Kesarwani by breaking a coconut. The program began with Ganesh Vandana by singer Shubham Malviya and bhajan by Mahendra Yadav.
Thereafter, a drama on the origin of Jagannath Swami based on folk dance was presented by the artists of North Central Cultural Centre and a tableau of Hanuman ji was presented.
On this occasion, Trust President Durga Prasad Gupta and Minister Gagan Das Gupta honoured Bhajan Samrat Sudhir Vyas and renowned visiting artists by presenting them with Ang Vastram and a memento of Lord Jagannath.
Renowned and famous Bhajan singer Pandit Sudhir Vyas started the Bhajans with the Bhajan Ye Chamak Ye Damak and the devotees. He started dancing and then he looked at Jagannath Chaka Nain.
