Prayagraj: An important meeting with business associates was held in the Triveni Auditorium, chaired by DCP (City) Manish Shandilya and ACP (Traffic) Sunil Kumar Singh. The meeting discussed the encroachment issue, which has been raised by the District Women’s Trade Board for the past several years, and officials assured a swift resolution.

In the meeting, District Women’s Trade Board President Avantika Tandon submitted a memorandum regarding the major traffic problems related to the Civil Lines area. Prayag Trade Board President Rana Chawla said that in all the vending zones, the street vendors should be removed so that the festival of the traders is not spoiled and people can walk to the shops for shopping.

Sardar Harjinder Singh said that due to the traffic signals not working properly, traffic is disrupted at Subhash Chowk and rickshaws are parked all over Civil Lines, and it is necessary to resolve them. Dhananjay Singh, Hina Khan, Shubham Kesarwani, Daljit Singh, etc. were present.
