Prayagraj. Additional Police Commissioner Court has declared Akhand Pratap Singh alias Abhay Pratap Singh, resident of Chaturbhujpur, Manda and Sangeet Gautam alias Vanshidhar, resident of Kanigada, guilty under the Goonda Act. In the case registered on the complaint of junior engineer Ganesh Yadav and Chandramohan Singh, charges were proved against both of them under section 3(1) Goonda Act and sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS. Instead of banishing them from the district, the court has ordered both of them to remain under police surveillance for 6 months. According to the order, both the criminals will have to report to Manda and Meja police stations twice every month. If found involved in drug abuse or any crime during this period, they will be sent directly to jail.
