Prayagraj: Industrial Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi attended the ’21st Convocation’ of Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University in Prayagraj on Friday in the august presence of Governor Anandiben Patel. During this, along with handing over degrees to the students, the Governor also honoured the meritorious students of various faculties by presenting them medals for their excellent academic achievements. On this special occasion, an inspiring message was given to the youth to continuously move ahead with dedication towards knowledge, research, innovation, moral values ​​and national service and to enhance the honour of their family, society, state and country.

The presentations made by the students in the function to raise awareness about environmental protection and extensive tree plantation were very inspiring. On this occasion, Minister of State for Higher Education in Uttar Pradesh Government, Smt. Rajni Tiwari, renowned folk singer Padma Shri Smt. Malini Awasthi, Vice Chancellor of the University, professors, respected public representatives and senior administrative officers were present.
