Prayagraj: Mohammad Ali Jauhar University is an identity of Rampur district and the entire India and is the biggest centre of education for the poor middle class and future generations here. Thousands of students are receiving their education here. Regarding this, the entire team of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Metropolitan President Afsar Mahmood and District President Gangapar Ali Sher Khan reached the district headquarters today and staged a strong protest. They submitted a memorandum to the President and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath through Addl District Magistrate Satyam Mishra. If the demolition of Mohammad Ali Jauhar University is carried out, the education sector in Rampur, including the entire country, will suffer a huge loss, and the future of the youth here will be bleak. We all believe that this is not a matter of any party or individual; it is a matter of education and the future of the youth here. It is the responsibility of the government and all of us to protect this temple of education. This move will tarnish the image of the state government.
The government should use its special powers to approve the plans for buildings that have not yet been approved, and this temple of education should be preserved for generations to come. AIMIM demands from the government that the action of demolishing Mohammad Ali Jauhar University should be stopped immediately. Those who submitted the memorandum mainly included Shariq Kaleem Youth District President Gangapar, Metropolitan Spokesperson Iftekhar Ahmed Mandar, Riazul Haq Chaudhary, Imran Ahmed Bakshi, Mabud Alam, Mohammad Ali, Mohammad Kaushain, Mohammad Afzal, Tarannum. People like Najeen, Rukhsana, Imrana, Mohammad Ayaz, Tariq Nadeem, Mohammad Naseem, Nisar Ahmed, etc. were present.
