Prayagraj: General Manager, North Central Railway, Naresh Pal Singh, conducted a window trailing inspection of the Tundla-Harduaganj section today, July 29, 2026. Divisional Railway Manager, Prayagraj, Mr. Rajneesh Agrawal, along with senior officials from North Central Railway and Prayagraj Division, were present. During the inspection, the operational system, safety arrangements, and rail infrastructure on the section were thoroughly examined.

During the inspection, the General Manager conducted a detailed inspection of the Harduaganj yard. He assessed the yard’s operational capacity, the condition of the tracks, the signal and telecommunication systems, maintenance work, and safety standards. He received information from the concerned officials on the progress of various development and maintenance projects and issued necessary guidelines. He instructed the officers and employees to give top priority to safety, complete all work with high quality and in accordance with prescribed standards, and ensure the safe and timely operation of passenger and freight trains.

As part of his inspection program, the General Manager also inspected the Aligarh Running Room, observing the facilities, cleanliness, maintenance, and staff arrangements available there. He then conducted a window trail of the Aligarh-Dawar section, inspecting the THDC siding at Dawar, and reviewed the freight traffic arrangements and operational system.

During the inspection, the General Manager directed the improvement of rail infrastructure, ensuring timely maintenance, and strict adherence to cleanliness and safety standards at work sites. He emphasized that regular inspections can make rail operations safer, smoother, and more reliable. Furthermore, all departments should work in coordination to provide excellent passenger services and make freight transportation more efficient and safe.

On this occasion, Chief Project Manager/Gatishakti of North Central Railway, Manish Sharma, Secretary/General Manager, Akhil Shukla, Senior Divisional Engineer (IV), Prayagraj Division, Avilay Yadav along with other officers and supervisors of North Central Railway and Prayagraj Division were present.
