Prayagraj: The election of Criminal Law Practitioner Association (CLPA) High Court was concluded on Tuesday. In this, Advocate Arun Kumar Shukla of Allahabad High Court was unanimously elected as President and Advocate Jai Narayan Rajput as General Secretary. While Advocate Jai Prakash Singh was elected as Senior Vice President and Advocate Vijay Bahadur Shivhare, Jawahar Yadav were elected as Vice Presidents. Advocate Sunil Singh was declared Treasurer, Advocate Sandeep Srivastava as Joint Secretary (Administration), Ram Soumitra Tripathi as Joint Secretary (Library). The executive members include Senior Advocate Gopal Swaroop Chaturvedi, Senior Advocate Vinod Prakash Srivastava, Senior Advocate Dharmendra Singhal, Senior Advocate IK Chaturvedi, Senior Advocate NI Jafri, Senior Advocate Manish Tiwari, Senior Advocate Akhilesh Srivastava, Kameshwar Singh, Omkar Singh and Avnish Chandra Srivastava.
This election was conducted under the supervision of Chief Election Officer Ravindra Sharma, Election Officer Rajkumar Gautam and Alok Kumar Singh. The outgoing executive handed over the charge to the new executive. Former President VP Srivastava and former General Secretary Pankaj Shukla congratulated the new executive. On this occasion, High Court Bar Association President and Senior Advocate Rakesh Pandey, General Secretary Akhilesh Kumar Sharma, Senior Vice President Kamlesh Kumar Dwivedi, Advocate Bhanu Pratap Singh, Senior Advocate Rahul Shripat, Sushil Shukla, Pulak Ganguly, Rahul Mishra, former Treasurer Ashutosh Tiwari, Manish Dwivedi etc. were present.
