Prayagraj: The Investiture Ceremony of MPVM Gangagurukulam was held with great enthusiasm and dignity to formally entrust the newly elected Student Council with their responsibilities for the academic session 2026-27. The event witnessed the gracious presence of the Principal, teachers, parents, and students.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial Lighting of the Lamp, symbolising the triumph of knowledge and wisdom in accompaniment with the Saraswati Vandana. The atmosphere became solemn and inspiring as the School Flag was ceremoniously handed over to the newly elected student leaders, signifying the transfer of responsibility and leadership.
The newly elected office bearers received their badges and sashes, marking the beginning of their journey as student leaders. This was followed by the Oath-Taking Ceremony, during which the council members pledged to uphold the values, discipline, and honour of the institution while performing their duties with sincerity and dedication.
The ceremony was further enriched by motivational address by the Principal Mrs Madhuri Srivastava, which inspired the young leaders to lead with integrity, confidence, and a spirit of service. She congratulated the newly appointed council members and encouraged them to become responsible, compassionate, and exemplary role models for their peers.
The newly elected Head Boy Shaurya Tripathi and Head Girl Shraddha expressed their gratitude for the trust reposed in them and assured everyone of their commitment to serving the school with dedication and teamwork. The Former Head Boy Akhand Pratap Singh and the former Head Girl Drishti also shared valuable experiences and words of encouragement, motivating the new leaders to carry forward the legacy of excellence.
The event concluded with the distribution of certificates to the outgoing council members in recognition of their commendable service and contributions to the school. The ceremony ended on a patriotic note with the singing of the National Song, leaving everyone inspired with a renewed sense of duty, pride, and commitment.
