Prayagraj: With a renewed commitment to service, cooperation, and social responsibility, the Rotary Club of Allahabad Arihant’s installation ceremony was held in a dignified atmosphere. On this occasion, Rotarian Dr. Kirti Agarwal assumed the position of president of the club, and Rotarian Preeti Jain assumed the position of secretary, leading the new executive committee.
At this grand ceremony of Rotary Club Allahabad Arihant, established by the club’s founder and guide, Rotarian Shashank Jain, Chief Guest, District Governor Rotarian Poonam Gulati, congratulated the newly appointed President, Secretary, and the entire team. She said that Rotary is a world-class organization fulfilling its responsibilities towards service, humanity, and society. The primary objective of Rotary is to provide assistance to the needy through service activities and to provide people with opportunities for a better life.
In his address, Rotarian Shashank Jain, the club’s founder and guide, said that the establishment of Rotary Club Allahabad Arihant is not just the beginning of a new club, but the start of a new chapter of service. He stated that the club’s objective is to reach out to every needy section of society and provide meaningful and effective service. He congratulated the new executive and expressed confidence that the new team will take the club to new heights through service, dedication, and innovation and establish new dimensions of social service.
Newly appointed President Dr. Kirti Agarwal stated that the Rotary Club of Allahabad Arihant will continue to provide effective and continuous service in the areas of education, health, blood donation, environmental protection, and assistance to those in need during the upcoming term. He urged all members to unite and advance these service efforts.
Secretary Rotarian Preeti Jain outlined the club’s upcoming plans and service activities, stating that social and public service programs will be prioritized during her tenure. She added that the success of any service is possible only through collective efforts, and that every member of the club will play an active role in social work.
DGRH Rotarian Saurabh Puri, while congratulating the new team, said that the new executive will provide new direction and momentum to the service work. Meanwhile, Assistant Governor Rotarian Mandeep Srivastava expressed confidence that Rotary Club Allahabad Arihant will establish its unique identity in the future through effective and public-friendly service projects.
During the ceremony, the children’s captivating dance performance of Ganesh Vandana captivated the guests and members present. Everyone praised the children’s talent and enthusiasm. Guests and distinguished members were honored with shawls.
Rotarian Deepti Gupta effectively moderated the event. Rotarian Ankit Agarwal presented the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the chief guest, distinguished guests, Rotary officials, representatives from various clubs, and all the members who contributed to the success of the event.
Presidents, secretaries, office bearers, district officers, senior Rotarians, and prominent citizens from various Rotary clubs were present at the ceremony. All of them congratulated the newly appointed executive committee and assured their support in the club’s upcoming service endeavors.
