Prayagraj: Lions Club Prayagraj Kumbh City performed the noble task of donating 11 units of blood at the blood bank of Allahabad Nursing Home Association. This service was completed in the presence of Blood Donation Chairperson Pankaj Maheshwari. Media Chairperson Lalu Mittal said that during the service week, the affiliated organizations of Lions Club International are doing service work every day, which includes service work at leprosy home, old age home, food distribution, Hanuman temple, books and notebooks to children, and today blood donation was done.

The most special and proud thing about this blood donation was that most of the blood donors included children of the club members. The youth coming forward for this noble cause was really very commendable and inspiring. Shrijal Kesarwani, Atharva Kesarwani, Shreyansh Gupta, Chetan Gupta, Divyansh Gupta, Prakhar, Abhay Mishra Ravikant, Devansh Kesarwani Rahul, Sunil Chaurasia were present in the blood donation program. The chairperson honored all the blood donors by giving them bags, blood donor pins and appreciation certificates, in which mainly club president Shashi Kesarwani, secretary Mamta Chaurasia, Vipin Gupta etc. were also present.
