Prayagraj: Under the Fit India Campaign, a ‘Sundays on Cycle’ program was organized today in Prayagraj Division to promote a healthy lifestyle. Under the leadership of Divisional Railway Manager/Prayagraj, Mr. Rajneesh Agrawal, a special cycle rally was organized from the Divisional Office, Prayagraj to the Central Hospital, North Central Railway. This rally was organized with the aim of spreading the message of ‘Fitness Dose, Half an Hour Daily’ to the public.

Inaugurating the program, Divisional Railway Manager, Mr. Rajneesh Agarwal, said that health is life’s most valuable asset, and regular exercise is essential for a healthy and active life. He added that cycling not only improves physical health but also contributes significantly to environmental protection. It is a simple, accessible, and environmentally friendly means of transportation that should be incorporated into daily life.

The rally participants pledged to spread awareness about fitness, spreading the message of “Healthy Body, Healthy India.” It was also pointed out that such events not only motivate people to exercise regularly but also encourage environmental protection and community participation.

Mr. Agarwal called on all officers, employees, and their families to actively participate in making the Fit India Campaign a mass movement. He emphasized that adopting a healthy lifestyle can not only improve personal health but also contribute significantly to nation-building. Present on the occasion were several officers and employees, including Senior Divisional Finance Manager and Divisional Sports Officer, Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, and members of the Bharat Scouts and Guides.
