Prayagraj: Mohammad Asif, son of Shaheed Ali, a resident of Kalwari Tola, Ward No. 1, Nai Jhunsi Nagar Panchayat area of Prayagraj, has submitted a complaint to the District Magistrate, Prayagraj, alleging an attempt to illegally occupy his ancestral land. According to the complaint, the applicant’s land, Khasra No. 397 and 394, is located in village Pure Sarkham, Pargana Nai Jhunsi, Tehsil Phulpur. A case regarding this land is already pending in the court. Despite this, it is alleged that some people have been trying to occupy the land and sell it for the last six months. The victim says that he has complained to the police station and administrative officials several times, but no effective action has been taken. He alleges that he and his family are being threatened with death if they protest.
The applicant has demanded from the District Magistrate to conduct an impartial investigation into the matter, register a case against the accused and immediately stop the attempt of illegal occupation of the land.
