Under ‘Platinum Monthly Annapurna Yojana’

Prayagraj: Continuing its commitment to service and humanity, Rotary Prayagraj Platinum on Sunday donated daily essentials to destitute seniors at the Ravindra Nath Gaud Anand Old Age Home in Tagore Town under the “Platinum Monthly Annapurna Scheme.” The service was sponsored by Rotarian Pramay Mittal, the club’s honorary secretary.

On this occasion, club members warmly met with the elderly living in the nursing home, inquiring about their well-being, and spending time with them. All members expressed their condolences to the elderly, conveying a message of service, respect, and belonging.

Club President Rotarian Ajay Sharma said, “The true purpose of Rotary is to serve the last person in society. Through the Platinum Monthly Annapurna Scheme, we will continue to promote such service every month. Our endeavor is to ensure that respect and support reach every needy person in society, and together we can fulfill our resolve to ‘Create Lasting Impact.'”

Honorary Secretary Rotarian Pramay Mittal said, “The elderly in society are our invaluable heritage. It is our moral responsibility to serve them. If we all make small efforts together, positive changes can be brought about in many lives.”

Media in-charge Rotarian Manish Garg said, “‘Platinum Monthly Annapurna Yojana’ will be a regular monthly service project of Rotary Club of Prayagraj Platinum. Through this, necessary assistance will be provided to old age homes and needy people every month and efforts will be made to connect as many people as possible with this service campaign.”
